It's never too late to create a vision board, you can decide at any time to create goals and want to start new habits. A lot of people find a new year the perfect time to start a fresh slate, however if you stumble across this mid year - no problem! You still have time to achieve your goals and create that perfect vision of what you want to achieve.

Below are some ways in which you can get started in creating yours depending on what works best for you.

Physical Print and Stick

Ah, the good old print and stick method. One that, according to ChatGPT, has been a visualisation tool growing in popularity since the 1990s - and for good reason. There is research to suggest that there is scientific support that visualising your goals and outcomes can engage your brain systems involved with motivation and action. So get sticking! Here is an option for a board you can use in your office, bedroom, wherever you will regularly see it to keep you motivated.

You could also use a Filofax (hear me out) to create your daily inspiration vision board, alongside your yearly planner in which you could track habits, meals, your to do lists and more. This is a really cutesy way in which I utilise mine, with lots of inspiration from TikTok you could be a cool girl with yours to!

Pinterest will be your best friend here, hand in hand with Canva. You can download any images you like from Pinterest, aesthetic and cute images from any angle and interest in which you would like to explore in 2026. Use Canva for free to create a document in which can be printed, and away you go! If you don’t have a printer at home, you can see if your local library has printing facilities for a small cost.

Digital Vision Boards

Creating digital vision boards has become a trend. How many times a day do you look at your phone? Or your iPad/computer? Probably more times than you care to admit. Consistency is key to success, and seeing your vision board everyday will ensure it is being engrained into your daily routines and habits.

With access to incredible platforms such as Notion, Canva, Pinterest, Google Sheets and more, there’s so many ways you can put together a cool and creative vision board that will work for you.

Mindmapping

Now, this might sound a little odd, but for some people a very simple method can work just as effectively as a physical board would work for someone visually. A mindmap is a way of putting all of your thoughts, feelings, and actions down into relevant categories that will enable you to see what areas you want to work on in 2026 the most. Use colours, cute pens and make it however you want in order to work for you.

Just remember, there’s no pressure to create the perfect vision board, it’s based on what would work for you and how you achieve your goals and work towards your dream life in 2026.

Enjoy making your visions come to life in 2026!
